As co-founder of 7 Stages, Faye has been a part of the company since its inception in 1979. She has acted in numerous 7 Stages productions, including "Der Frosch", "The Lizard of Tarsus", "Mr. Universe", "All My Sons", and "States of Shock". As Producing Director, Faye serves as the primary coordinator for all production aspects of 7 Stages' plays, including selecting designers, casting productions, coordinating rehearsals, and managing all other production elements. 7 Stages has produced two of Faye's own plays, "Hunger Pains" and "Reclaiming Your Garbage". With Del Hamilton, she serves on the Board of Directors of 7 Stages.
